How is virtual staging done?
Nothing complicated on your side. You upload room photos through the form below, tick the style you want and hit send. Then a CG artist picks 3D furniture, arranges it in your photo, fixes light and shadows and renders the final shot. About 48 working hours later the staged photos land in your inbox. Didn’t like something? Ask for corrections, we redo it.
How do I prepare for virtual staging?
Take photos in daylight, that’s the main thing. Hold the phone or camera at chest level and keep it straight, tilted shots make furniture placement harder. Bigger resolution, better result. Got boxes or old furniture in the frame? Mention it in the brief and we’ll clean the room up digitally. And tell us a bit about who you’re selling to.
How do I choose the right virtual staging service?
Start with the portfolio, always. If the samples look like real photos, good. Then ask two boring questions: how fast and what if I hate the result. A serious studio names the deadline in hours, not vague promises, and redoes images for free. One more thing worth asking: who actually makes the pictures, a preset generator or a person.
What design styles can I choose?
All nine styles from this page: modern, contemporary, classic, farmhouse, art deco, Scandinavian and the rest. Can’t decide? Skip that field. Our designers will look at the property and pick something a likely buyer would expect to see there. Got a Pinterest board or a listing you love? Send the link, references speed things up a lot.
